We're hiring an Affiliate Operations & Recruitment Manager to work directly on client projects. You'll handle the full affiliate lifecycle: prospecting, recruitment, deal closing, program management, and partner support - all supported by our proprietary AI-augmented infrastructure.
What We're Looking For: Experience (1-2 years required)
- • Affiliate program management, partnership development, or performance marketing experience
- • Experience in one or more: SaaS, e-commerce, adult entertainment, gaming, or B2B sales
- • Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold outreach, and partner qualification
- • Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Trackdesk, Impact, Everflow, etc.)
- • Comfortable working with CRM systems, data management, and AI-augmented workflows

Requirements
- • Fluent English (C1/C2 level) required for partner-facing communication
- • Must be available during EU business hours (9:00-18:00 CET)
- • Full-time (40 hrs/week) OR part-time (20-30 hrs/week) freelance engagement
- • Professional home office setup
Your Responsibilities
01 Partnership Recruitment & Pipeline Development (40-50% of time)
- • Operate our AI-augmented prospecting systems (review and validate targeting criteria)
- • Manage data enrichment workflows using Lusha, Clay, MillionVerifier, and ZeroBounce
- • Execute multi-channel cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct contact)
- • Handle initial prospect replies and inquiries professionally
- • Qualify prospects based on established criteria (budget, fit, readiness, authority)
- • Schedule qualified discovery calls with founder for closing
- • Track outreach metrics: open rates, reply rates, qualified calls scheduled
02 Program Operations Management (30-35% of time)
- • Monitor daily affiliate activity across multiple client programs
- • Review and approve new affiliate applications based on established criteria
- • Process affiliate payouts and resolve payment issues
- • Track program compliance and flag policy violations
- • Respond to affiliate inquiries and support requests
- • Help affiliates implement tracking codes and troubleshoot technical issues
- • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Airtable) and tracking platforms (Trackdesk)
03 AI Infrastructure Operations & Reporting (15-20% of time)
- • Operate proprietary automation systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach
- • Review and approve AI-generated email sequences before deployment
- • Maintain data quality standards across all systems
- • Generate weekly performance reports for recruitment pipeline and program operations
- • Track KPIs: qualified calls scheduled, active affiliates, conversions, revenue, EPC
